Terms
This site is run by Alpha Zero Complex. Buying from it, or signing in to it, means these terms.
Last updated October 10, 2026.
What you are buying
Alpha Zero Complex is a dietary supplement. It is not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label. If you are pregnant, nursing, under eighteen, taking medication or under a doctor’s care, ask the doctor first. Keep it out of the reach of children.
Orders and payment
The price shown on the page is the price. Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page; we never see your card. An order is placed when Stripe confirms the payment, and you receive a confirmation by email. We ship to the contiguous 48 states; an address outside them is refused at checkout. Where tax applies it is shown before you pay.
A first-order discount, where one is offered, applies once per customer. It is applied at checkout and nowhere else.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews on the schedule shown when you start it and charges the card on file each time. You can change or cancel it at any time from your account page, which opens Stripe’s customer portal; a cancellation before a renewal stops that renewal. A renewal already charged ships.
Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped by Supliful, our fulfilment partner, and you receive the tracking number by email when it is on its way. Delivery times are the carrier’s, not ours, and a missed delivery is a thing to take up with us, not with the carrier: write to support@alphazerocomplex.com.
If something is wrong
A bottle that arrives damaged, opened or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded; tell us within thirty days of delivery. An unopened bottle can be returned within thirty days for a refund of its price. Write to us first, and we will say where to send it. A refund goes back to the card it came from, through Stripe.
Accounts
Anyone may sign in, and the email address is the account. Access is yours alone: do not pass on a code, a sign-in link or a signed-in browser. The people who run the store may read, correct or remove anything on the site in the course of running it.
An order sends the email it needs: a confirmation, a shipping notice, an answer on a ticket. Marketing email goes only to an address that asked for it, every message carries an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it.
No warranty, and what we are not liable for
This site is provided as it is. It may change, break or stop, with or without warning, and nothing here promises that it will be available, correct or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Alpha Zero Complex is not liable for any loss arising from its use beyond the price of what you bought.
Changes
These terms can change. The date above says when they last did, and buying or signing in after that means the terms as they then read.
